We currently offer shipping to all locations within the United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Methods

We use DPD as our primary shipping carrier, offering reliable and prompt delivery services. The following shipping options are available:

  • Standard Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over £250.

3. Shipping Times

Please note that shipping times are calculated on top of the printing time you select during the ordering process. The estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days after your order has been printed and prepared for dispatch.

4. Order Processing and Printing Time

Our printing times vary based on the service level you choose:

  • Standard: Up to 5 business days
  • Express: Up to 3 business days
  • Rush Order: 1 business day

Once your banner is printed, it will be dispatched according to the shipping method selected.

5. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information provided by DPD. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

6. Packaging

We ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If you have special packaging requests, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not have any specific shipping restrictions within the UK. However, if certain items cannot be shipped to your location due to size or weight limitations, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since we only ship within the UK, there are no customs duties or taxes applied to your orders.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work directly with DPD to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.

10. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order before it enters the printing process. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes. Once printing has begun, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
