File Format:
- Submit artwork in high-resolution PDF, or EPS formats.
- Ensure all fonts are embedded or converted to outlines.
Resolution:
- Minimum resolution of 150 dpi at full size. For smaller text or intricate details, 300 dpi is recommended.
Color Mode:
- Use CMYK color mode to ensure color accuracy in printing. Convert all RGB images to CMYK.
Bleed and Safe Area:
- Include a 5mm bleed on all sides of the artwork.
- Keep all critical text and images at least 40mm away from the edge of the banner to prevent them landing on the hem area and where eyelets may be positioned.
Size and Scale:
- Set the artwork at 100% scale when possible. If the file is too large, use a scale of 1:10 with proportional resolution adjustments.
Text and Fonts:
- Use bold and large fonts for readability from a distance.
- Minimum recommended font size is 30 pt for primary text.
Images and Graphics:
- Ensure all images are high resolution and free of pixelation.
- Use vector graphics whenever possible for sharpness and scalability.
Color Matching:
- Provide Pantone (PMS) color references if specific color matching is required (Pantones will be matched as close as possible using CMYK. If your artwork is colour critical, we reccomend speaking to us and orgainising a printed proof for sign off prior to any print run).
- Be aware that colors can appear differently on screens versus printed materials.
